First day in Iceland

After spending the winter in the Alps, and coming back to Brittany through Germany, it was time for me to look for a job… Browsing offers in France, Ireland and the UK, I found Nínukot, an agency that helps foreigners to find a job in Iceland. Without giving it that much hope nor thought, I applied. Two weeks later, I had a plane ticket, and was on my way to the airport, with an employer waiting for me on the Rock.
I never really prepared my trips, believing that I would find out on the spot what I should do. It is the first time I felt that perhaps I should have done some homework. Between the 24 hours daylight, the language and the isolation of my workplace, I was in for a change. Above are the pictures of my first day in Iceland.
